What is Maxwell?
Maxwell is a luxury vacation rental brand that offers some of Puerto Vallarta’s most premier private properties –combining them with luxury amenities and tailored services to create memorable vacations.
Where is Maxwell located?
We currently operate in a residential tower called Indah By Sayan. As we expand, we will specify which other towers our properties are located within.
Are the properties on the beach?
The Indah By Sayan tower is not located directly on a beach, however, is located just 2-3 minutes from some of Puerto Vallarta’s quietest and most picturesque beaches, as well as a 10-minute walk to Playa Los Muertos. While the tower isn’t directly on the beach, it is nearly oceanfront – allowing for each residence to have stunning 100% ocean views.

Is staying in a condominium safe in Mexico?
Yes, our tower has 24-hour security and is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Puerto Vallarta. Moreover, Puerto Vallarta is known to be one of the safest cities in Mexico and is home to over 30,000 foreign snowbirds each winter.
What if I have a problem with the residence I’m staying in?
We inspect all properties prior and after each guest. We also have a 24-hour support and maintenance team to ensure that all properties are in excellent condition. If an unexpected problem arises during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to fix it as soon as possible.
Is there a restaurant available? Is it all-inclusive?
Yes, there is a restaurant and bar available on-site serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Room service is also available. The tower is not all-inclusive, and we encourage you to dine at some of the hundreds of incredible restaurants located within 1 mile of the tower. We also provide private chefs should you be interested in a more exclusive dining experience.
Do you provide soap, shampoo, towels and other amenities?
Yes, we provide all amenities you would expect from a hotel, including bath amenities, fresh towels, robes, clean white linens, coffee maker, hair dryer, and more. Please see our amenities page for a full list.
Are you pet friendly?
We welcome pets in some of our residences for an extra fee. Please refer to the individual listing’s pet policy.
Rates and Currency:
On maxwellpv.com all reservations are quoted and charged to credit cards in USD. Prices for add-on services will be quoted or charged in USD or Mexican Pesos (MXN), depending on how and when the payment is processed, and the specific service that is purchased.
All bookings made on maxwellpv.com are considered requests until granted approval by us. You will be contacted shortly after completing your booking request to ensure you meet our requirements.
Reservation Payment Schedule:
All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. If reserved less than 60 days in advance, 50% will be automatically charged, and we will process the remaining 50% shortly after booking.
Security & Damage Deposit:
We require a damage/security deposit at check-in. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out if there has been no property damage or missing items. The amount ranges from USD $500-$1000 depending on the specific property. Please check the individual property listing for accurate security deposit information.
Refunds and Cancellations:
We are committed to providing flexible booking options during these unpredictable times which are available for certain properties. We also highly recommend guests purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance in case of an unexpected event or illness.

TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Maxwell collects information from our guests in order to provide personalized vacation services. Information may be collected to: (1) Complete reservations or information requests, (2) purchase products or services, (3) respond to communications that we send you (eg. surveys, promotional offers or reservation confirmations), (4) tailor our services to your personal preferences, or (5) use our applications on your electronics. The personal information we collect may include your name, address and e-mail addresses, phone numbers, credit card details, date of birth, gender, and information related to your lifestyle, such as preferred leisure activities, names and ages of children and any other necessary information that is useful to fulfill special requests. Maxwell may also collect information that is not considered personally identifiable like your use of our website, communication preferences, travel habits, and responses to promotional offers and surveys.
COLLECTION AND USE:
Maxwell is fully committed to providing information regarding the collection and use of persons who provide us with information regarding those who visit and use our websites, products and services. We do not ask for information unless we need it for an oriented use. Some of the main reasons we collect information include: Provide services such as processing a transaction (e.g. reservations and responding to a request for information) and sending marketing communications relating to products and services offered by Maxwell. You can choose not to receive emails or surveys from us at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the communication or by contacting us directly. You always have the choice not to submit your information or to decide what communications you want from us. However, in doing so, certain transactions might be affected. For example, not providing a name will prevent the processing of reservations.
PROCESSING AND DISCLOSURE:
In most cases, the information you provide is added to our local or international databases. As standard practice, Maxwell does not sell, rent, or give physical possession of our databases to third parties. Maxwell may disclose your personal data to other parties in the situations listed below:
-We have your consent.In situations where it is necessary to give your personal information to provide products or services you want (for example; a vacation package).
-When companies or services providers perform business activities on behalf of Maxwell (e.g. processing credit cards, customer service, market research administration or management services).
-In the event that Maxwell merges with or is acquired by another company.
-To comply with the requirements and legal obligations or regulations established by the applicable legislation or as a result of a court order or judicial citation.
-In emergencies such as preserving the health or property of a person.
-In the event that Maxwell shares information as mentioned above, we try to limit the scope of the data supplied as necessary to carry out the specific function.
Unless precluded by legal processes, we require third parties to protect your information and comply with laws and regulations for the protection of personal data.
As part of our commitment to keep you informed, we may send letters or emails, communicate by telephone or other means to notify you of new products and services of Maxwell, along with upcoming special offers from Maxwell, events, enhancements or other relevant information that may be of interest. You have the option not to accept delivery of all these communications of Maxwell, either by following the directions included in our emails or other communications or by communicating directly with Maxwell. In certain cases, we will request your explicit consent to collect information considered confidential subject to certain laws of privacy of information (e.g. information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions or health conditions). All websites and servers owned by Maxwell implement security measures to help protect your data against accidents, loss, misuse, unauthorized or illegal access, disclosure or alteration while under our control. Although, there is no "guaranteed security" on or off the Internet, we protect your information using technical, appropriate, administrative and procedural safeguards among which are password controls, "firewalls", and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) (an encryption method used to help protect your data from interception and hacking attempts while in transit).
